Registered Psychotherapy is covered by many Employee Extended Health Insurance Benefits. It is recommended that you confirm your coverage with your provider. Registered Psychotherapy is an eligible medical expense for a tax credit benefit on your personal income tax filing.

INDIVIDUAL PSYCHOTHERAPY
People often come to psychotherapy with concerns about one or more aspects of their lives, or with feelings of unhappiness or dissatisfaction.
Registered psychotherapists are trained to work with you on a variety of difficulties, including depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, substance abuse, stress, problems in your relationships, family troubles and phobias, or issues specific to gender, sexuality, culture or religion.
Sessions are 60 minutes
$200

COUPLE'S THERAPY
Couple's therapy is a form of psychotherapy that can help to improve your relationship.
If you are having relationship difficulties and want to help rebuild your relationship, or even if you want to take preventative measures to protect your current relationship, you can seek couples therapy.
It is helpful at any stage of your relationship.
Sessions are 75-90 minutes
$300-$350

COUNSELLING
Counselling draws from a variety of evidence-based and theoretical approaches grounded in psychological knowledge.
Counsellors work in collaboration with individuals, couples and families to ameliorate distress, facilitate well-being, and maximize effective life satisfaction.
Client-centered, Solution-Focused & Brief Therapy Approaches are generally scheduled for 6-12 sessions.
Sessions are 60 minutes
